White Prefabricated Security Cabin with AC – Delivered in Dubai
Kazema Portable Toilets recently completed the delivery and installation of a custom-built white prefabricated security cabin with air conditioning for a client in Dubai, UAE. This unit was designed to provide a comfortable, weather-resistant, and secure workspace for guards and facility operators working in demanding site environments.
Built with high-quality materials and advanced insulation, this cabin combines strength, style, and functionality—making it ideal for both temporary and permanent security setups.

Cabin Size: 1.5m (L) × 1.5m (W) × 2.4m (H)

This project demonstrates our expertise in manufacturing and delivering prefabricated cabins that meet modern safety and comfort standards. Each component was designed to ensure long-term durability and easy maintenance in UAE weather conditions.
Construction and Material Specifications
Base Frame
The steel floor frame is constructed using heavy-duty tubes with central runners and cross members. All steel parts are wire brushed and coated with primer to prevent corrosion and ensure structural stability.
Wall System
External Finish: 6mm thick cement board finished with weatherproof grey emulsion paint
Internal Finish: 12mm gypsum board with super white emulsion paint
Insulation: 50mm thick Rockwool insulation (30 kg/m³ density) for excellent thermal and sound resistance
Roof System
Material: GI polyester-coated sheet with steel supports on the back side panel
Outer Sheet Thickness: 0.05mm galvanized steel (26 gauge)
Insulation: 50mm thick Polyurethane (PU) with 35 kg/m³ density
Design: Flat exterior and flat interior for a clean finish
False Ceiling
12mm gypsum board finished with smooth white paint, providing a neat and modern interior appearance.
Flooring, Doors & Windows
Flooring: Heavy-duty vinyl sheet laid over 18mm cement board flooring
Door: 1 × Aluminum powder-coated heavy-duty door
Windows: 2 × Aluminum powder-coated fixed cum sliding clear glass windows, ensuring natural light and ventilation
These fittings ensure durability, smooth operation, and a polished look suited for security environments.
Electrical & Air Conditioning Features
The cabin comes fully equipped with a complete electrical setup, ensuring functionality and convenience:
Lighting: 1 × Fluorescent LED light (interior)
Outdoor Lighting: Waterproof LED light for exterior visibility
Power Supply: 32 Amp main power inlet
Switches & Plug Points: Installed for ease of operation
Cooling: 1.5 Ton Split AC (Super General or equivalent) for optimal temperature control
These features make the cabin a comfortable workspace even during Dubai’s extreme summer conditions.
