Unit Specifications

Size: 3m (L) × 2.4m (W) × 3.1m (H)

Structure: Heavy-duty steel chassis frame with central runner and cross members. All steel components were wire brushed, primed, and painted for superior corrosion resistance.

Wall Insulation: 50mm rock wool insulation (30kg/m³ density) with 6mm cement board finish — externally painted with weatherproof emulsion and internally finished in super white.

Roof: 50mm polyurethane sandwich panel (Aluminium/GI) – flat exterior and interior surfaces for a clean look and superior insulation.

Durable construction for long-term performance in harsh conditions.

Toilet Layout & Facilities

Each modular unit featured three separate cabins, designed for maximum functionality and hygiene:

  • 1 Western (European) toilet with spray hose and flushing system

  • 2 Arabic (Eastern) toilets with spray hose and flushing system

  • Common area equipped with:

    • 2 pedestal washbasins

    • 1 urinal with push flush and partition

Plumbing & Electrical Systems

Plumbing:

  • ¾” PPR pipeline for water supply

  • 4″ UPVC/MS pipes for wastewater

  • 1.5″ UPVC/MS pipes for greywater discharge

  • 1 exhaust fan per cabin

  • 32Amp main power inlet

  • Non-concealed PVC trunking for safe and efficient wiring

  • Flooring: GRP flooring on top of 18mm marine plywood for strength and waterproofing.

  • Doors: Heavy-duty aluminum main door and internal GI sandwich panel doors for each cabin.

  • Steps: MS tube steps for easy and safe access.

Tanks & Utilities

  • Water Tank: 500-gallon external tank with automatic pressure pump control.

  • Waste Tank: 650-gallon GRP rectangular tank with steel-mounted frame, 3″ gate valve, and 4″ sewage removal pipe for hassle-free maintenance.
