Our Prefabricated Custom Toilet for differently-abled users combines modern design, accessibility, and high-quality construction. Designed to meet international accessibility standards, this unit ensures comfort, safety, and hygiene for all users.

Base Frame

• Constructed from high-strength steel chassis tubes with full perimeter beams, central runner, and cross members.

• All steel surfaces are wire brushed and coated with a primer to prevent corrosion and ensure durability.

Walls

• External Finish: 6mm thick fire-rated cement board with weatherproof emulsion paint for long-lasting protection.

• Internal Finish: 6mm thick cement board with decorative marble-finish panels in glazed white.

• Insulation: 50mm thick rock-wool insulation with 30kg/m³ density for thermal and sound efficiency.

Roof

• 50mm fire-rated PIR aluminum/galvanized sandwich panels with flat exterior and interior finishes.

• GI polyester-coated sheets with steel supports for added strength.

• Interior Finish: Decorative WPC/HPL panels in glossy white or black for a premium look.

False Ceiling

• 12mm thick gypsum board finished with super white emulsion for a clean, modern interior.

Differently-Abled Toilet (Male & Female)

• European-style heavy-duty WC operable with hand or elbow.

• Clear floor space for wheelchair access with a minimum 1500mm diameter turning space.

• Rotating area allowing a full 180° turn.

• Shattaf/spray hose and grab/transfer bars compliant with code, capable of withstanding 1KN force. Foldable transfer bars included.

• Tissue roll holder and hands-free sensor faucets installed at code-compliant heights (700–1200mm).

• Washbasin with clear knee space and mirror placed according to accessibility standards.

Flooring

• High-quality parquet flooring over 18mm cement board with integrated drain hole for efficient water management.

Electricals

• LED fluorescent lights and 1 exhaust fan per cabin.

• Main power inlet: 32 Amp.

• Concealed PVC trunking for wiring.

• Fire alarm system.

• 2 × 1.5 ton split A/C units (Super General or equivalent) for climate control.

Plumbing

• Non-concealed ¾” PPR pipeline for water supply.

• 4″ UPVC/MS pipe for wastewater.

• 1.5″ UPVC/MS pipe for grey water.

Doors

• Heavy-duty aluminum doors for each cabin, designed for durability and security.

Ramp/Step

• Custom ramp installed according to the floor height to ensure seamless access for wheelchairs.

Tanks

• Water Tank: 500-gallon GRP/PVC tank with automatic pressure pump control.

• Waste Tank: 1400-gallon GRP tank with 3″ gate valve and 4″ sewage removal pipe, mounted on a built-in steel frame.
